SHIPPING & RETURNS

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 2-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email within this period to let you know your order is on the way!

LOCAL PICKUP -  Wollongong

Orders can be picked up Monday to Saturday, from Wollongong, NSW. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup along with the specific address.

AUSTRALIA-WIDE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 3-5 business days of being packaged and sent using Australia Post. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

We currently do not offer international shipping.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@evolvingbellies.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
