The NeuroTrac Obstetric TENS is a non-invasive device used for pain relief in the lead up to labour and most commonly, during labour contractions. TENS creates gentle electrical pulses that block pain signals from reaching your brain. It does this by bombarding areas of pain with a buzzy, tingly sensation.
The NeutroTrac Labour TENS is specifically designed for use during labour, and is perfectly safe for you and baby. Just pop those electrodes onto the back and feel the endorphin rush as your cramping pains gently melt away.

Are you due soon? Then the 4 week hire option is best for you! Make sure to select express post at checkout so we can get it out to you right away. If you’re going with the 4 week hire option, we recommend selecting a hire period start date at least 2 - 3 weeks before your baby's due date and we will schedule the machine to arrive on or as close as possible to that date.
8 week hire is recommended for those who wish to have peace of mind. It will ensure you will have the device in hand should you go into labour earlier than expected, plus a little extra to get it back to us in time after use. It also allows you to have a little play, and to work out all the settings! We recommend selecting a date to begin the hire period roughly a month before your baby's due date. We'll send the TENS to arrive on or as close as possible to the date you selected to begin your hire period, then you can pop it back in the prepaid return post satchel when it is due back 8 weeks later.
Once baby has arrived, you’ll likely forget all about our magical machine, so we will send you a friendly email reminder when your machine is due back, regardless of which option you choose.

You’ll use the device for your hopefully delightful labour *wink wink*
Then you’ll return your TENS machine by placing the unit and all accessories in the provided prepaid pre-addressed return satchel. Drop it at your local Australia Post and be sure to ask for a receipt. This ensures proof the item was submitted for posting, in case the package goes amiss!
Be sure to familiarise yourself with your NeuroTrac Labour TENS as soon as you receive it. You don’t want to be reading through an instruction manual when labour is in full swing! Learn about all the functions in the lead up to make sure you have the best possible experience.
If you have any problems or questions please contact us ASAP so we can make sure you have everything you need for a positive birthing experience. Simply email hello@evolvingbellies.com.au with any further queries you may have!

The TENS unit and electrodes are not able to be used whilst in water, however, that doesn’t mean you can’t still use a TENS. We advise popping the electrodes on in the early stages of contractions and then transition to the water when the time is right!
Stick it
Attach the re-usable electrode pads to your mid to low back.
Flick it
NeuroTrac Labour TENS sends small electrical pulses through the pads which feel like buzzy/tingly vibrations.
Feel it
The pulses bombard the nerves with stimuli and therefore block the pain signals travelling to your brain. Did someone say ‘relief’?
Boost it
Click the boost button during each contraction for extra strong pulses that will help to reduce pain.
